“Welcome to St Michael’s Church, Alnwick, part of the Church of England and the parish church for our town. With roots reaching back to Saxon times and beautifully rebuilt in the 14th and 15th centuries, St Michael’s is one of Northumberland’s historic and architectural treasures. But we are far more than a beautiful building!

At our heart is a welcoming community of all ages, seeking to share the joy of God’s love and to follow the teachings of Jesus in our daily lives. We don’t have all the answers, and we don’t always get it right, but, together, we continue to learn and grow in faith as God’s people.

If you’d like to discover more about who Jesus is and the difference he can make in our lives, we would love to welcome you, whoever you are, and wherever you are on your journey of faith.”
